Will your solid brass piece patina or age over time?

Our solid brass pieces are double coated with a premium lacquer to ensure their finish stays in great condition for as long as possible. Please follow our care instructions as this increases the finishes of our pieces to remain unchanged for for foreseeable future.

Do you offer samples?

We highly recommend purchasing a single item of the product you are keen on in order to give clarification on your future purchase. We also offer finish sample chips for purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order if it has not been dispatched. Please check carefully before placing an order and notify us at info@mapiodesigns.com.au.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once an order is successfully placed, you will be sent an automatic email to acknowledge that your order has been received. 

Shipping Policy

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free EXPRESS shipping when orders equal or exceed $300. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide, please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any duties and taxes that related to receiving the goods in your respective country.
