STATEMENT
This website is owned and operated by MAPIO Designs. These following terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors an opportunity to purchase architectural design hardware pieces. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

BUYER
You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws.  We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged.  If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion.

ORDERS
You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store.  Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it.  All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.

SPECIAL OFFERS
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.

PRICES
All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is deducted from your credit card, Afterpay or Paypal account on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express using Paypal platform.

WARRANTY
Our warranty policy offers a 5-year warranty against structural defects and a 12-month guarantee for finishes, materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase. Certain exclusions apply, such as damage resulting from improper installation or misuse. Should you find the purchased goods to be faulty, defective (not caused by the customer), do not match the provided description or sample, or fail to function as intended you are entitled to a refund.

Please note that natural tarnishing, discolouration, fading, wear and tear or the development of patina due to environmental exposure and regular use are normal and not covered by our warranty. Factors like air quality, humidity, and exposure to certain chemicals can accelerate the process. Following our care instructions can help minimise these effects. By purchasing our product, you accept that these changes are inherent characteristics of the materials used and do not affect the product's functionality or quality.


REFUNDS
We hope you adore your purchase just as much as we enjoyed creating it for you, however, we understand that sometimes things might not be the perfect fit.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

The items are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

All original packaging, mounting hardware, accessories, and protective wrapping are included.

Exclusions:
Custom orders, sale items, and Trade Orders are not eligible for refunds (unless faulty). If you wish to modify a Trade Order, please contact us at info@mapiodesigns.com.au

Important Note:
Items returned damaged, marked, or incomplete (unless faulty) will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure your items are securely packed for return shipping. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be pre-approved with a return authorisation number issued by our team.

HOW TO START A RETURN:
If your items match our return conditions, email us at info@mapiodesigns.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number along with further instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. Alternatively, retain proof of postage until we have recieved the items.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Any items returned outside the eligible period or in unacceptable condition will remain your responsibility to retrieve.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order through our website while initiating the return for the original item (if eligible).
